You people are making the customers fool by putting stupid offers and if we want to exchange them you are not allowing. It is not all good. Because with same author there will b many books and sometimes we may take different book. Do change the stupid policies you are following. Today I took a book and I am very disappointed with the stupid policies. This is my feedback
