Wish I could give a ZERO rating.
I went there for arms waxing. I was told that I can choose between 2 creams, one is local made and other a brazilian white chocolate cream which are applied on the skin and using the strips, the hair is ripped off.
They are employing people who have neither experience nor passion in the field of cosmetology. They have assigned a guy to carry out the treatment, needless to say he had no idea what he was doing. He looked like a moron picked straight from a footpath. Basically they were experimenting on me and my skin. I immediately summoned the manager but a lady who claims to be the head of the treatments turns up and does the same thing, as if she is mentoring the other guy. I felt horrible to have stepped into a place which I never should have. The treatment was half done, in a haphazard manner. My skin turned red in no time as they were ripping my skin with the strips. It was evident they had no skill whatsoever. I told them to stop it and immediately returned to the reception desk to speak to the centre manager. There were none at that time. I filled in the feedback form and told them that I wont be paying them anything and asked them what they are going to do about the treatment to which they said they dont do the waxing treatment that often at their centre and referred to the centre in Himayatnagar.
I went there the next morning and had a similar experience and observed that the place is full of uninspiring and incompetent people. Counting down for the painful treatment to finish off, I ended up with cuts, scars, bruises and everything that could go wrong with such a treatment and the inexperienced morons made it even worse.
Sat with the manager there expressing my dissatisfaction, but she talks as if she has done me a favour by completing the rest of the treatment and wanted me to pay Rs.1500 for the treatment, at which point I thought its ridiculous to even talk any further and get out of the place.
She then realizes how furious I looked and asks me to pay Rs.500. I left a 500 at the reception desk and didn't even bother to be there for the formalities.
I feel compelled to write this as the horrible experience that I had must count for something.
Please beware and go to this places only when you have a good testimonial from someone who has already undergone the same type of treatment that you are planning to undergo.
