I bought Samsung RT27JARMAVL refrigerator on 12-Jun-2015 from Great Eastern. But from starting I have faced issues from the first day. There is Ice/Water at the junction of door in my frost free refrigerator. I called multiple times in Samsung customer care, chatting with Customer representative, and email to Executive but issue still not resolved. Is this type of service we expect from Samsung??
