Horrible services !! Cheaters and frauds. They are expensive and will charge you extra for insurance but will never give you the insurance receipt. In case something breaks down, they will not pay for it !! They will tell you at start that they will pay but then they will disconnect your calls. Blue Star Packers and Movers are literally the worst movers and packers I've come across. These are their executives / owners I was in contact with: 1. Mr. Shekhawat -- 9594116066<br/>2. Mr. Manoj --- 9619128748<br/>3. Mr. Sharma --- 9322242529. They will lie on your face, they broke my bike, bed and almirah !! When I asked them for money from insurance, they kept lingering me on and on for months. Finally they blocked my calls and replied to me that they will not return back the money, I can do whatever I want.They will literally fight with you and try to take away your stuff by force if you deny to pay them unless they cut you a receipt for the damage cost. They do so because they simply don't wanna pay you.Be aware !! These guys might look decent and friendly at first, but they get real ugly when it comes to money, even if it is their mistake !!

I've changed city 4 times in past four years, so it is obvious that I have come across a lots of Movers and Packers in last 4 years. These Blue Star Packers & Movers are probably the worst Movers and Packers I've ever come across.
These are their executives / owners I was in contact with:
1. Mr. Shekhawat -- 9594116066
2. Mr. Manoj --- 9619128748
3. Mr. Sharma --- 9322242529
Here are the reasons why I state them as the worst movers and packers ever !!
1. I wanted to shift 22 boxes from Mumbai to Bangalore. They gave the quotation of 15000/- Rs at the first meet they said this is inclusive of tax, but at the day of packing they added tax to it, which came out to be 3000/- Rs extra !!
2. Then they charged 3000/- Rs extra for insurance (Which is okay), but they never got any insurance done for my boxes. Since they did not give me an insurance receipt. When I asked for the receipt, they said it is okay without the receipt if something happens, they will resolve it by paying me back.
3. When they finally delivered my Bike to Bangalore, I noticed a 4 inch long dent on the petrol tank !! More ever the rear view mirrors which costs around 450 Rs/- were missing. When I asked them to pay for it or get it corrected, the truck driver started to shout on me, and literally started to fight with me. He was an the driver from Pragati Movers and Packers of Bangalore, which collaborate with Blue Star Movers and Packers for shifting stuff to Bangalore since Blue Star does not have any office in Bangalore.
4. I talked to Mr. Shekhawat and informed him about this to which he asked me to pay them in full and he will return me back all my extra expense later on. He was very reassuring and made me feel confident since he was talking like a very educated man. So I paid the driver full amount - 1000/- Rs and asked them that the rest of the expense I will recover later.
5. When I got my bike dent removed and new rear mirrors, It costed me around 3500/- Rs. Since then I talked a lot of times to Mr. Shekhawat, Mr. Manoj and Mr. Sharma and requested them to return my 2500/- back. To which they kept on lingering one month after other and then finally blocked my calls and blatantly told me that they will pay me nothing.
6. Apart from the dent in my bike, My Bed's corner were damaged, Fridge Coolant was spilled, Almirah's gates were totally shattered and dented. They literally broke a lot of stuff and simply refused to pay for one single thing I asked them. Additionally they took the insurance money from me and still did not pay me back.
I hope this feedback helps someone like me out there, but Please be aware.
THESE GUYS MIGHT GIVE YOU A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION, BUT THEY ARE REAL CHEATERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT COUNT ON THEIR PROMISES AND MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR INSURANCE RECEIPT, OTHERWISE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES !!
Try to use Aggarwal and Aggarwal Movers and Packers, they might be costly but they deliver stuff with quality.
