The head person from this travel company is extremely rude and ruthless. I had requested him for NorthEast trip itinerary as per their add in ABP on 26thJuly2015. Since 7 days he kept on telling that he would send me the same shortly. After 7 days, on 2nd Aug 2015, upon pressurizing him for the real reason for the delay,he started yelling, saying 'Go elsewhere, we cant get tickets for you, you must come 120 days before of a trip, your fault, you got delayed'. Upon asking him, that, if that was the case why did they put the add in ABP and also did not let me know at the very begining, he started shouting ' We are not bound to give you any explanation to you on the same'.
Although, I thank that, I was'nt part of this travels group who has such a insane temperment, I just wanted to raise this point, that they are charging quite a huge amount compared to other tour operators. In that case why should they misbehave with people. WHO GIVE THEM THIS RIGHT to shout at others as well as mislead?
