Very Bad Experience with Rishi Hero Thubarahalli show room while purchasing and free services. I have purchased a new scooter Pleasure in this show room this year. The management and their staff are very negligible towards customers. They will fit all the rusted and old spare parts. If you dont see it then you loose your money. And they will tell you that they dont have stock and ask you to come next time. The helmet given was very very cheap quality. One time my family felt that they just want money and don't care about customer satisfaction. And also very bad experience with the pleasure scooter as well. It started troubling me in a month after purchase. Self start and pickup problem. Given this scooter for free services in same showroom. They didn't do proper service and also just did the water wash and gave back. In all three free service they did the same. Recently I have showed this bike to another mechanic then came to know that they didnt do any cleaning of scooter parts like, Carburetor, oil filter etc and not cleaned well. After the service with outside mechanic, its performance is very good now. Here managers and workers all are one. No complaint will work here. So prevention is better than cure. Really wasted lot of money and time, more over peace after choosing this show room. My suggestion is to choose best showroom and go through many reviews before investing money. At last we want mental peace.
