I have been a regular customer for YLG whitefield branch but since couple of my last visits i observed the poor management in terms of the appointment procedure.
I called up two days in advance to book my appointment and the person on call confirmed it.After two days, i reached there on correct time.
After i told them that i have booked an appointment,they started searching in their diaries and somehow they found my name on some paper in a drawer...they said it seems the person who took my call didnt write it properly in diary.
Nobody bothered to tell whether i can proceed with my appointment or any beautician is free..
Finally i had to ask that whether anybody is free and then they told i have to wait for half an hour.
I didnt understand that if i have booked the appointment well in advance they why do i have to wait?
I left the salon as i was unable to wait for half an hour but still nobody bothered to call back.
overall bad experince
