Had been to Chef Bakers outlet in Cosmos Mall for a Birthday Cake. When we approached the lady who was in-charge of the outlet, we were told to come at 5:30 to have the same picked. Despite the assurance by the outlet in-charge; so pathetic and so un-committed was their approach to Customers that they weren't ready with the 1 Kg Cake. This is depite the fact that the payment for the same was made during the morning itself. We were made to wait for 45 minutes despite us returning back for ther order. We had to order for something to kill time. WE ordered a snack, spend a Rs. 150/- just to get the cake delivered to us and despite the assurance, the cake isn't delivered to us. When asked for water, we are told that the outlet doesn't serve water at first. When further peobed we were told that the water was contaminated and that we would fall sick!!!!! If that be the case, we would like to bring this to the notice of the health department. Shut the damn outlet, if your cannot serve the basic water.
