ZERO STAR... WORST EXPERIENCE FOR DAILY BANGALORE COMMUTING FROM WHITEFIELD TO OFFICE AT KORMANGALA. I have a recurring booking of Pickup-Drop for 10 months daily in excel sheet the customer care maintains the excel sheet, but every time the customer care lady Divya calls every other day and says no driver. The next day some other driver comes and he complains that he asked duty and the customer care is not giving duty to drivers inspite taking 1600 rs. per month from drivers. And even for recurring booking (daily commute) they start assigning drivers in the evening 6 pm to 9 pm. I get late night calls at 10:30 pm or 11 pm or early morning 6 am calls from ezidrive that they couldn't provide a driver. Very pathetic and totally disappointing.... They need to revamp their customer care and the mechanism of allocating drivers to duty. For pick up drop too, they are allocating the same driver to some other location which takes the drivers more time in the evening to come back for drop. By this time, I am left in soup as I have to go back and pick my kid from school. Every 10 minutes delay in the evening taxes the kid. This also worst attitude from ezidrive customer care. They jut call and say sorry !!! Is sorry enough for the embarassement customer goes thru ??? Their office is at marathahalli only and the manager sir shifted to other building, so the customer care has become very cocky assigning drivers.
