This is probably one of the worst shop that I have bought an electronic from..... I have never had any problem in any electronic that I have bought from any other shop .....recently I bought a whirlpool fridge from this shop .... The sales guys in these shops boasted of great after sales service and promised that u will not have to go anywhere and all the repair complaints will be handled by then .... But after one month the fridge started experiencing problems ....the fridge does not freeze and has virtually become of no use .... Moreover the response that we got from zee novelty was pathetic .... At first they didn't acknowledge that they had sold the fridge .... After showing the bill the response from them has been absolutely poor ...they don't gv any service that they boast off while selling the product .... It's like I have wasted 40k .... So avoid buying from this shop ....II have doubts on the quality of the products they sell and do they buy substandard product from the company
