lazy and slow working staff and has no value for time and putting people on hold for so long and no call back and answer service there. I am calling them from last three days for my refund but I haven't received my money yet in my account yet this is horrible experience for me to book the ticket from them don't your ticket ever from this Malaysia airlines office (Delhi Connaght place ) thanks
