Recently Habitat made Mosquito net for me. When I asked break-up of bill, persons present there did not bother to answer my queries, especially person pose as in=charge. Subsequently I am calling them for another mosquito net to be made, for measurement. Mr. Joe is keep telling me that he will send somebody. Since a week nobody has turned up. Is there any relation between asking break-up of bill and nobody coming for measurement ? By law they can not refuse service to anybody.
