My wife had bought a saree almost 6 months back and has been used sparingly. We have been trusting your name since long and all our family members and extended family members are recommended to visit your store due to designs and collections suiting to our taste and requirement. We always believed that you have a quality check and feel secured and assured of good quality of material used in your merchandise and also a trust that the complaints would be judiciously heard and responded for genuine ones. Surprisingly, my wife had gone to your store with the saree bought 6 months back and the response from your store turned out to be bleak and transferring the onus back to us on mis handling of the saree by faulty ironing done. Why would we reach you out for a defect or damage done by ourself. I request you to look into the stuff once again as I find it to be very inferior in quality and check with your fabric suppliers as it is tearing off from various places which cannot be attributed to a faulty ironing.
