They are a bunch of cheaters. I made a booking and later cancelled it. They didnt pay the money back even after a month. Not even responding to calls from me. I had to directly complain to Ford India to get the money back, that too just in one day! Never go via this dealer. Ford should be cancelling this dealer at the earliest, else they will loose prospective customers. Ford, are you listening?
