i am a regular custmer of big bazar shipra mall, i have complain regarding billing, persons working at billing counter are careless they are not experts & many time made mistakes, today also the bill was wrong , when i purchased two kiwies Rup. 19 each,the person charged Rup. 80/ for that , after returning from mall as usual i carefully checked the bill, found mistake & tomorrow i will bring it to their notice , for my money. so please take necessary steps & actions.
