I had purchased Galaxy A7 mobile through Authorised dealer Poorvika Mobile, Chennai - 75 on 15.12.15 for Rs. 24,000/-. After using for 37 days I connected my device to PC through USB cable given by dealer. But it shows DRIVE SOFTWARE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. Hence I approached the Purchase dealer they advised me to go the Authorised Samsung Mobile Service Center (TECHNO CARE IN WEST TAMBARAM, CHENNAI -45). They inspected the handset and informed me that USB inner port got damaged and the same to be replaced and it will take 7 days time. Also they have informed if it is physical damage charges may apply. As it is only 37 days old and which is under warranty why can't they replace me with a new device and how it will be chargeable if they repair the existing handset. Moreover I was shocked on seeing the work order given by the service center which has no date, no work order no, no claim no and date of purchase also kept blank. On requesting them to check the purchase invoice they have refused to see the same. Attached scanned copy of Work order of the service center and purchase bill for your reference. I request you to kindly advise the dealer/service center to replace my defective 37 days old mobile with a new one. As I am a Samsung user for the past 14 years. Awaiting your earlier response.
