Great experience! My Samsung Model ua46f5100ar LED went out. Read the reviews on asklaila and realized they do house calls...who would've thought? Arrived promptly, scheduled efficiently diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately had to order the part. Of course, they were just as prompt the second time. TV works great now. I also thought it was a fair price, although not cheap, much better than replacing a 46" TV!
