I would actually give it a 0; if I had the option. This PG is currently in shambles, with only one 14-year old boy as the caretaker, to look after it and do all the cleaning. The rest have all fled. The reason is mentioned below.
These have been my observations from my stay at this place.
1. The food is extremely unhygenic. It's brought from a restaurant where the food is cooked in the open and is next to a pile of garbage.
2. The wi-fi works for only the first week of the month.
3. Electricity is also a major issue. There are power cuts which can go upto 2 days. And the owner does not recieve our calls to attend to the matter,either.
4. The owner, Mr. Aashik Ganapathy is perhaps the most rude individual I have ever come across in my life, so far. He will act all sweet and nice , while selling you the room. But, the moment you pay him , you are none of his concern. He will not pick up your phone after the first time. And If you do report a complaint to him, he will shout back at you and say that it is none of his concern.
He sends the ward-boys to collect the rent a fortnight before the month is over. He also beats up those innocent wardboys if they don't. He does not pay them on a regular basis. If, they are lucky they will get paid a month's salary after 3 months. The situation is such, that they are petrified to help us without calling him.
Even while returning the caution money at the time of vacating, he created a lot of nuisance. He presented me with a random EB. When asked for an explanation, he stuttered initially; and when he failed to find an explanation, said it was a policy to share the EB equally among all tennants. He makes absolutely no sense.
BOTTOM LINE: He just wants to mint money at any cost. He will charge you money for things that nobody uses and you will have to pay him, because he does not leave you with a choice.He is a lying cheating bag of scum. His wife is equally guilty, as she is hand in gloves with him in all his activities. They just want to rob their customers of as much money as possible. He also has serious alcohol problems. He asked his wardboy to get it for him and when the latter got caught and beat up by the police, he didn't even show the courtesy to bail him out on his own.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!

BOTTOM LINE: He just wants to mint money at any cost. He will charge you money for things that nobody uses and you will have to pay him, because he does not leave you with a choice.He is a lying cheating bag of scum. His wife is equally guilty, as she is hand in gloves with him in all his activities. They just want to rob their customers of as much money as possible. He also has serious alcohol problems. He asked his wardboy to get it for him and when the latter got caught and beat up by the police, he didn't even show the courtesy to bail him out on his own.
