After booking mantri cab driver mr asgar khan .vehicle no KA02AD8650 arrived for pick up .when I reached jigani I asked him to stop for a while as my client will come he stopped the AC and car engine and next moment went to the opposie side of road to get shelter of tree. Customer is in car in hot sun and driver wanted to save his skin complextion. When asked the reason of switching of AC he replied, in standing position AC is not allowed. My dear then u should switch of the AC and enginer at signals too.we can save lots of diesel. Next behavior. My client came so I asked him to lock the vehicle as he was on opp road and my laptop is in the car.instead of locking the car he repplied not to worry. If it is stolen he will bring it back.After my arguments he misbehaved and left the place with vehicle.on complainy mr kiran from mantri cab asked me to book other vehicle and refused to return advance paid to driver.In business it to be believed that customer is god but mantri cabs belives that driver is god.
