Horrible experience. Never ever by from Sangam Electronics! They are cheats!
I wish there was an option of giving a rating in minus because that's what they deserve.
They are only interested in making money by all the wrong means.
To tell you about one of the we faced (in total there were 5-6 things promised to us, which they refused to accept after getting the entire payment)
The sales person is only interested in making his sale and then backs off from all the claims made while selling the product.
We bought a Carrier split AC from them. While selling the sales guy (Mr. Lokesh) said that a company technician would come (for which Sangam electronics charged us RS. 2000/- separately) whereas he sent a local contractor who knew nothing. He made a 7 inch hole in our wall, for a 2 inch wire to pass.
The people who have come for installation have no idea what they are doing and we had to call our own electrician to get it fixed.
Worst place to buy anything from.
