One of the worst Gym's. When they need your money the Gym instructor will keep pestering you by calling you non-stop. And once, they get your money, they couldn't care less..... My contract was between October 2015 - April 2016. I had specifically told the Gym instructor that I was very busy writing an Exam and could not make it. The Exam was on November 21, 2015. However, she kept calling me even in November 2015. Come December 2015, due to the floods, I was unable to attend because of the floods. My Dad is 86 years old and I had to run all over Chennai to set things straightened out. The Gym instructor then promised that the day I came back to the Gym, she would give me six months from then on. I walked into the Gym on Feb 11, 2016. However, she retracted on her promise, and said that she could give me a contract only from Dec 2015. My job involves a a lot of travelling. I have lived and worked in Wall Street and in Finance for 21 years in the US. I have repeatedly called Customer Care Center of Fitness One. Although two of their staff were friendly and promised to give me an extension to my contract from April 6, 2016 to September 5, 2016, nothing has happened so far. I have written innumerable letters and finally shot a letter to the Marketing Head - Fitness One. Suddenly, no one answers my calls and no one writes back. Please don't enroll in this Gym - they are the most unprofessional Gym I have seen. It is appalling to know that their Owner is from the US too - I also have lived and worked in the US....
