I had booked their services for AC installation at my place. The engineer, Nitish Kumar Mondal, had no knowledge about the service. He damaged the outlet valve on the external unit which resulted in continuous leak of the refrigerant. The copper pipes were pinched completely thereby preventing the circulation of air. The compressor capacitor had to be changed within 2 hours of installation which could have caused a short circuit. 3 drill points had been made in my bedroom which were absolutely of no use. A clip on the indoor unit of the AC was damaged while mounting it on the wall. Anyone who plans to go for such a service please think twice before calling them as this would be sheer wastage of money and create a lot of difficulty. Moreover, when I called to register a complaint about the services to the company, Mrs.Dasgupta, who was in charge of this service in the company did never take my call. I have faced a lot of issues because of this company and their faulty service engineer, so would request you to suffer like me.There are other companies who would really be a value for money.
