This is the WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. No professionalism at all.. I applied for Singapore Visa on 6th April and have got visa on the 23rd April just 2 before my travel date. Nobody gave us any information about Visa except their standard statement "No update from the Consulate, we will call you once we have the update. You need to wait for another 2-3 working days". I contacted the Consulate and the Consulate told that the Visa was approved long back and was even sent back. I am still in a dilemma why these idiots never told us about the approval of Visa.
