After reading a few reviews I decided to ring KAMAKSHI TRAVELS of Guwahati about a car hire for our family trip to Assam and Shillong and I am fully satisfied with their service. With a 10 minute call to Mr. Kundal Roy got specific rates for the car we wanted to hire including the details. What impressed me was I did not get the answer "we shall get back to you" . After we made up our mind we were given the bank details for a token amount deposit for confirmation. The car was at the airport and our deriver HARICHANDRA was extremely helpful.
Will definitely get their services in future tours. Only if I thought Shillong will be rather hot I would have asked for a car with a Second Seat AC duct.
