I would like to bring to your knowledge that I had purchased a TVS Jupiter matte LP through you on 15.3.2016 and within 15 days I realized that the seat dickey could be opened by any Jupiter key , And after follow up you replaced the full set of locks . Then I got the adaptor fixed for charging the cell phone which was one of the reasons for me to buy the bike , after fixing it when I bought the adaptor , it was not working and I brought it to your notice and you to cheked the same and firstly informed that it’s the adaptors mistake and after me proving it to you agreed that there was some wiring mistake . After that I left the vehicle twice but you were not able to rectify the mistake saying that you need more time . Today I left the vechile and Mr Mohan took over the vechile but did not give any acknowledgement and promised to deliver it back by 1 pm , at 12.30 I got a call saying that they need few more hours . At 3 Pm I just received a sms and no one called me that the vechile is ready so I sent my staff to pick it up , but they refused to give the vechile saying we need to acknowledge the same . Till now I have personally left the vechile twice and taken delivery but never did I sign anything why was it like that since the vechile was not repaired is it . Today you refused to give the vechile now at 3 pm since I refused to sign on the basis that i did not get any acknowledgement when I gave the vechile this morning . I also informed that i will check the charging system and then sign but still you refused to give . And till now 4 pm I have not received the vechile nor any call but a message from one Mr Venkatesh 94453 92873 asking me to give acknowledgement and take the vechile . If not they cannot deliver .
