Very poor customer service. Until recently they did not have online payment and they disconnect the service even if you pay the bill. You should call them repeatedly to get a single issue fixed. The customer service number will not work 3/5 days. They charge Rs.2250 for set up box and when you cancel they will refund only Rs.250. Kindly choose DTH services like Airtel and Tatasky which is less expensive and better customer service.
