after sales service is pathetic. You have to keep calling them again and again, explain the problem to everybody who comes on line... I had the kitchen and all wardrobes etc, done by them. Wardrobe mirror screws have fallen out and have been trying to get their carpenter to fix it for the last 15 days..When I call up on weekdays, response is that service is done only on weekends..Call them on Sat and nobody responsible is available at their office.. Absolutely frustrating... Will now get my job done using a local carpenter.. Will stay away from Cookscapes for my next apt interior work thats coming up next month...
