Highly unprofessional and arrogant people.
Had a very bad experience with them. We had filed US visas with them and they had charged exorbitantly for the kind of service they provide. After depositing the money I had to constantly remind them about the procedures with no follow up at all from their side.
They were also supposed to guide my family about the visa interview and process,rather than just sitting and filling online forms which any educated person could do easily, for which they had charged extra and did nothing.
After forcing and complaining repeatedly the lady went to their place with incomplete documents and hardly knew any details herself so couldn't be of any help to my family members.
Being in US I had to do all the research and guide my family inspite of paying the agency for the same and when I complained about it the lady was rude and blamed me for her incompetence.
If I was supposed to do all that what was she taking money for?
They never pickup your calls once you've made the payments,hardly respond to your messages and are extremely rude people.
So guys I would suggest rather than paying them for their inefficiency and doing the work,one could easily file visas at least without people like them,because you pay them and even after that you have to do the work with all the worries and be at the end of their rude behavior.
