I am writing to tell that this company and Muniraj cheated so many people. I am one of the victim. My house contruction was planned for a budget 20lacs (20x30) site in yelahanka. This man Muniraj first said he will complete the work in aorund 6 months for ground and first floor. By the time the ground floor roofing came , he had almost taken 15lacs and the time to finish the ground floor roof took 4 months which is ridiculous. I got a a person to do a construction quality check for the roofing and pillars , I got the reports that they are below standards and the amount of cement to sand proportion used was 1:10 . I asked him to stop the work. Now he has threaten me saying that I have sold the land in his name and he will sell it andget the remaing 5 lacs and given the rest of the amount , He also threatened that he will get all the construction workers and do darna as Ihavenotpaid him money. He has created and forged a document with my signature. He is dangerous.
Please avoid getting the work done from this person for any reason. for your safety, happiness and security, find someone else who is reliable
