What to write about MTNL. Anyway I am writing about non-attendance of my complaint by Saki Vihar Exchange. I have complained twice for not working my telephone No. 28573291 - your department registered my complaint - 7576 and 8729. But no technician attended my complaint. Still my system is not working.
