I have booked for ezi-drive driver on 17-08-2016 @ 10-30am to pick @4pm. The person at other end told me that your booking is confirmed & massage will be sent. Around 11-30am I telephoneed to know the status. Again person at other end told me that you will get message shortly. No message was sent by them. Around 1-30pm I called and same reply got no confirmation message was received. Around 2-20pm I called again asked about confirmation of booking. He requested me he will send booking confirmation with in 10 minutes but did not get confirmation. Finally I called around 3-15 am to know the status, even at that time , they have asked 10 minutes time. By that time I was fed up of this & I cancelled vthe booking. In this exercise, I lost more then Rs. 30/- using my cell. Now I request, any responsible person is there, pl. call me back take my complaint. My phone no. is. 9845554754.
