Very very poor services and they provide very very cheap accessories inspite of buying a very costly cycle which costs >Rs.16000. Also they take advance payment in the name of insurance of cycles and does not even bother to send the forms to insurer for 3-4 months. Also they fit faulty parts, screws etc. in the cycle and then do not own up when it is brought to their notice. Very disappointed. I will not suggest anybody to buy from them. Does not value their customers. Very very poor attitude.
