Horrible Experience. Croma Mount Road staff do not honour commitments.
I bought 2 air conditioners and 1 refrigerator on 31st August as a gift for my sister. I specifically asked the sales manager if the products were in stock and he confirmed the same to me and committed supply and installation by 1st September as my sister was going to a new house and the refrigerator and A/C are essential necessities to live there.
It is 2nd September today and the refrigerator has not even been supplied and the A/C has still not been installed. Called the Croma helpline and they inform me that refrigerator stock is not available with them and it will take another 10 days!!!
Do not shop here. They only smooth talk till you pay and forgot about you the moment you leave the shop.
