Am here to provide feedback and my review on Dquadrant service
We moved into our new flat in last week of May with utmost excitement and happiness, within a monthsâ time, we noticed few issues and lapses and tried reaching out to Dquadrant Atiq and Kamlesh, hence all the frustration started.
They have been one of the most adamant and pathetically ridiculous when it comes to post production service, I have been calling these guys since mid of July to come and see the issues we are facing with work they have done, but no way they would consider the requests, numerous calls and request have been falling on to deaf ears, Now from last a month or so they are not even picking up our calls, once Kamlesh did pick up the call and assured in 4 or 5 days would come and have a look but thatâs it, no update, no visit what so ever.
I genuinely use to respect Atiq for his well-spoken simple and humble personality, but now I think this is a business attitude he wears till he gets the business.
If any one sees the issue I have been requesting there attention to, can understand that this is something which they should have immediately taken care (below are few pics to justify my frustration and disappointment).
Almost every place where they need to use two screws to make sure the handles and latches are firmly fixed, they have used just one due to which within just one monthsâ time the doors and handles started to rip open and fall apart. (Below pics for reference), can you believe you spend lakhs to get your dream home designed and with first couple of months witnessing these careless damages. Fine, for a minute I would say human error and can be fixed, but it only adds up to the overall frustration when these guys donât even come to have a look once to find out if itâs the lapse from there end or not, if they come and assure this is not there mistake am ready to take that and get that fixed on my own, but at least respond.
If you are considering to have Dquadrant to design and do interiors for your flat or house or even office space, beware and be prepared for this ignorant and disregardful and disrespectful no responses from them post production service.
They donât deserve any respect, and trust me we are customers who maybe looking forward to build our dream house by investing not only money are time, passion, energy and soul into it, these guys will surely spoil and make you feel terrible with their service (I canât use F and B words in this forum which they rightly deserve).
