A bunch of unprofessional people work. Such a pathetic service i have never seen. Please do not use EZI Drive. I have booked a driver two days before and got a confirmation that driver will report to the venue on time. The scheduled time was 2.45pm. At 2.30 after calling the customer care we got to know that the driver will not be able to report before 3.00pm. I had to pick my father from yeswanthpur railway station. As my father's leg was operated he was not a situation to wait in the railway platform. We tried to make them understand and agreed for 3.00pm. At three we got to know that the driver will be late by another 30 mins. At 3.30 they refused and said that the driver cannot come. Is there anyone who know's there higher officials wherein i can report this incident. I have also planned to raise a complain at consumer court.
