We bought one furniture from Estillo Store City center 2 - New Town, Rajarhat: Shop No: A-212 (2nd Floor), We bought this furniture for Durga Puja event and now with repetitive follow-up with the store we are really frustrated with this shop and decided not to buy anything else in future. I purchased one tv-cabinet from this shop and after repetitive calls they send someone to assemble it. However that guy do not even know how to do it properly. He broke a corner of the cabinet, have set the glass @ the wrong side and left the furniture with n number of scratches. When I called up estillo they said they will send someone for polish and with that all these damages will be removed and they also committed that he will re-assemble it in a proper way.
Again 3 times follow-up from my side was required before they send someone for 2nd time. To my surprise the guy who came was not even carrying proper equipment to assemble it and was just told to polish the furniture. So it is almost over 1/2 month and the furniture is still in bad shape to be used. So we just dumped it at one corner of the room.
If you love your money then do not even consider this store to buy anything.
