Hi All,
I would like to share my experience with KALISTA saloon.
If there is anything less than 1 star, I would have given to this saloon.
In Ahmedabad, I have visited so many spa and saloons but experience with this saloon is worst.
I have done my straightening from this saloon.
After thrice confirmation on call for my timing (sunday at 2.00 PM) and even before leaving from home, I am confirming that I am coming they asked me to come. When I reached there, I would have been waiting till 4.30 Pm and till 5.00 Pm they just had done my hairwash. I was asking, I have short of time, please do something but they are saying please wait. In todayâs time, if you can not respect anyoneâs time, they will not definitely interested to be your client.
Here, owner of the saloon was busy in another customer and she was not asking anyone âHow it is goingâ ? ? â is there any requirementsâ as she has already taken money she seems not interested more to ask client for satisfaction. Even she left her saloon at 7.45 or 8.00 PM, I was the only client still she dint bother to come and check how her employees are doing ? Are they doing according to my hairs and my requirements?
Added on that, her employees are so unsatisfied with her that they were not working properly and forcing each other to do straightening process. It seems they were just completing their task and were not at all interested in customer satisfaction.
Again when I want for first hair wash on next Sunday, I asked for her as I was completely dissatisfied with the service, She was out of station.
I drop a message to her on whatsapp what I have been through, she had not given courtesy reply, not even replied to my mail.
Madam, In this competitive era, if this is the way you work, I am sorry to tell you no one will WASTE money in your saloon and will damage their HAIRS. Even small beauty parlours and saloons will ask you for your comfort and satisfaction.
