I am very confused and not very happy the way the online order are taken and treated. Mostly I find that my orders are altered and they do not even care to call and confirm. Just like that send it off, with a mail saying so. This mostly irritates customer like me and feels that the store is cheating on us...though the real though process might be different of them.
