DANGEROUS DEALER.!!
Never go to Sakthi Bajaj in Avadi. Very poor customer service. If you go there, You will drop your interest to buy new bike. With full cash i went there on 03oct2016. To test ride and book v15. They provided me test drive as if doing charity to me.. Within 20meters distance bike stopped in middle of main road. I managed to signal vehicle come behind preventing from hitting me. I found petrol tank was empty. That's y engine was starving and sucking all the way. I thought v15 performance was poor. Then i trolling that heavy bike half way and parked in safe corner. Sales executive requested me to help roll bike back to show room. His right hand little handycapped. So I thought to help him.. Hot sun and heavy weight pulled all my sweat as if I took bath. When we reach the showroom that sale executive never felt regret and never expressed sorry to me, just handedover my driving licence and went to his seat to atten a customer who book a bike.. I went in and told them this is very unfair, u should atleast as a sorry to me, and you should try to arrange a good test ride. The sale execute replied me, "I don't see nothing serious happend to ask for sorry. Giving test ride on this holiday itself a big thing. Petrol was less in tank, what should I do...". I see no sense of customer
