Very bad experience to share about the Blackberry South City Mall, Price Anwar Sah Road, Kolkata showroom. I have a bought one suit for my fiance from this showroom on 31st October'16 , n it was kept in d showroom for d alteration n it was supposed to b delivered on 8th November '16. I couldn't collect d thing on d mentioned delivery date n on 14th Nov.'16 , my fiancee had got a call from d shop that d suit is ready n we could collect this. So we have reached South City Blackberry showroom on 16th Nov.'16 at 8:15 p.m. But when we reached n showed d bill to salesman, they were searching d suit here n there n one of d salesmen was saying that d trouser is ready but not finding d suit, after a while d salesmen who were present there they said us to come after 10 minutes. So we were moving outside d shop but after few time we had received a phone call from d shop n d cashier or salesman was saying that we would not get d suit that day as it was not found in d shop so it would b delivered after 2-3 days. We were very surprised with d answer n we went to d shop asap. We had been also told that d trouser is ready but when we reached d showroom n asked about this inconvenience , d salesmen were saying no d entire suit with d trouser is not ready yet n they were showing a new suit with same design but ours one. So it is just pathetic service we had received from this shop n it is very clear d suit was missing n just d salesmen were saying lie. I felt very harassed, they had called us also for d confirmation to know when we will come n collect n now they r saying d suit is not ready ... What d hell !!! Everybody understood d thing .. right ... So dont try to make d customers fool as we r d customers n customers satisfaction matters. When we had said d cashier or salesman , we may complain this , they requested to not to lodge a complaint mail to d BlackBerry athourity. If d leading brand is doing this kind of thing.. Why d customers may buy anything from BlackBerry , though d products r good but d higher authority shoul check d service what they r giving to their customers. Ultimately we had not been delivered d suit on 16th Nov'16 , n we were in need of this bcos we have an occasion on 17th Nov.'16. We are very very upset with this kind of service from BlackBerry south city mall showroom n d authority should take necessary action for this inconvenience. Try to give respect customers' belief , dont break it. It is very obvious from customer's point of view that if on d delivery time d product is not found or salesman is saying it is not ready that means what .. Somebody else is using d thing ... Its really very painful to accept this kind poor service from BlackBerry.
