Hi, My customer No Cx29921988 and am residing near HAL. I am getting my cooking gas services from M/s Ananth Gas Agency. The services use to be good. However, since last two times the services have been delayed . Firstly we get a message that the bill is prepared against our ID and we keep the whole day for the delivery. but to our agony, we get a message that delivery cancelled as the door found locked. We are wondering, how is that our door was found locked by somebody when we were in side the home ? I am experiencing this problem second time in last two months. Last time I personally went and collected it. This time also I had booked the refill on 06 Nov 16 with Ref No 628330. On 25th Nov I received the message that we would receive the delivery. However, at night 815 PM I received the message that the door found locked. Please clarify what is the real problem and why is my booking is getting cancelled like this. also please intimate when will I receive the gas cylinder refill. Expecting an early response
