This review is for Pink gym in Besant hangar. I Went to try out this gym. I was told I could try it for free. After trying it out I did not like the atmosphere and the attitude of the so called trainers and so I left. As I was leaving one the " trainers" asked if I was planning on joining the gym. And when I said I did not want to she asked me my reasons and when I gave her my reasons she started to accuse me of using the gym for free and leaving!! And that she had allowed a free trial in the hope that I would join etc.. This is totally unprofessional !! Rather than acknowledging my feedback and trying to see how to deal with my complaints professionally the ladies there take it personally - she actually told me I had hurt her feelings!!
