We got 2 sofas worth 34 k from them...within 3 months one leg of sofa damaged when we ask for replacement they sent someone to repair...within 2 months other side leg broke .they took it to factory for repairs. Within 3 months sofa came down from between again they sent carpenter to fit by putting wooden support as temperort measure. Which came out within 17 days. Again they took for repairs to factory ...kept for a week and sent damaged sofa back saying its repaired when even child can see one side of sofa is tilted. When we are asking for replacement they are neither ready to replace nor sharing owners number. We are being cheated badly
