I am a customer from the very inception of this branch. I am getting the medicines regularly. The facility of home delivery is alright. But the delivery people do not have swiping machines and we are forced to go to the shop for swiping as well as purchasing. The purpose of home delivery is thus inaccessible. When the branch officials were contacted, they directed me to get in touch with the helpline which I also did. They promised that they would look into but expressed various difficulties they experience with swiping machines. You perhaps will agree even pertrol bunks are having wireless swiping machines and hence it may not be a problem Further the recent cash cruch added ghee to the fire.
