The receptionist asked me to wait for 45-50mins for the session but after 90mins passed, I had to ask them for my slot which I am pretty sure that they had forgotten about. Mind it, I was sitting in the clinic waiting for 90mins.
After another 10mins I was called to a room for the treatment and I excused myself for answering nature's call for before we begin the session.
I came back to the room within 4-5mins to start with my session but to my surprise they had already squeezed in another person in that time for a session and I was asked to wait again.
By this time I had completely lost my patience and I told them categorically that if this is your level of service, I am afraid I should not get my treatment done here.
The clinic manager instead of taking any disciplinary action or explanation was trying to sell me a complimentary session.
Is this the way you guys work? Churning in as many patients without informing the people waiting for long hours about the delay.
Would they have asked me to wait for another 10mins, I would have accepted it but this squeezing in is ridiculous.
