To: The General Manager Kapico Motors, 309, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010, Tamil Nadu From: Vijay Kumar Sharma, owner of Wagon R TN 07 CE 2778. My car was taken for servicing on 24 March 2017. Later it was to go to body shop for paint touch up under insurance. My car was delivered back to me at my office at 07 PM on 31 March 2017 at premises of my office in car parking. I was told that It will be given to me by 4 PM on same date but it was delayed repeatedly by your executive, who was on phone. She kept telling me it will leave in next 15 minutes for your office. Eventually, I received the car at 7 PM on 31 March 2017. It was dark, so I did not notice that wheel caps of all the tyres were missing. When I took the car home after my evening job shift was over, I found that Tyre caps are missing. On 1st April I started phoning your office about I. I was always told that they will call me back after 5 minutes after checking but no one was responding. Service centre was saying that Body shop might have misplaced them and body shop people kept saying, service people might have lost them. No one is responding correctly. They keep referring me to each other. On Monday 3rd April, I called your office so many times but same response, we will call you back after 15 minutes. In evening, one lady phoned me up to ask for feedback about service. I again told her about my missing wheel caps but she rudely kept the phone down. I have even been requesting that I want to speak with someone responsible, such as a manager or General Manager but no one wants to give me the phone number. Please tell me what to do and how to get back my wheel caps. Is this how, you all treat your customers ? harassing them after loosing their things. When last year I was about to buy car your Kapico branch sales man kept pestering me to buy the car from your branch and I did so. Is this how, I am being repaid back. Apart from that, many other issues with service this time. If you really care about your customers, please call me back on phone no 771 899 6574 anytime after 3 PM and I will tell you the apathy your employees are showing towards me.
