Purchased Two Split ACs Blue star make along with One Stablizer from Relaince Digital Store GIP Mall, Noida on 04April2017.
After unpacking, Stablizer of Safestab Make found defective, badly rusted, Broken.
It is surprising that no body has done pre Dispatch checks. And Now after 100% payment to Reliance received Defective materials which can not stand one year of Waranty life.
Contacted Store on phone No. 0120-4121753 but very cold shoulder and onus is on me to get it replaced . Poor response and Poor Service.
My experience with Relaince Cure also very Bad. Even after approaching Customer Service Head and CEO for other two products previously purchased there is no respite.
Based on my experiences ...For every Unreliable services there is Reliance. and now looking to approach Consumer Court.
