I have purchased Samsung Fully automatic washing machine from Mahavir Electronics And Furniture, Kothrud, Pune. However, I paid with credit card and my Full name was correct in Credit Card slip. The Bill desk person mentioned wrong name in Billing Address and Shipping Address Invoice. I have been continously following up with them since 1 Month but no positive outcome since then. Don't know whether they are not intentionally want to resolve this issue or are they not capable to do so.
