I had purchased a blazer from the arrow store in Orion mall a couple of days back for my friends wedding but later found out that the groom also has the same blazer as mine and hence I could not wear the same. When I came back to the store to return it the staff behaved very rudely and said it was not their problem.. later they told that they would exchange it only if I purchase other items equivalent to the value of blazer right there on the spot.. I asked them if I could get a store credit for atleast some time but they blatantly refused.
I was shocked to see their response towards the customer after the sale has been made. The very same staff who were smiling and welcoming at the time of purchase behaved so rudely after the sale has been made.
I am deeply hurt and repulsed by their behavior to this extent that I am never going to purchase anything from arrow and would encourage others also to follow my lead and boycott arrow.
