its the one of the worst bank i had ever delt with. I was having a person loan and the same was pre closed in consultation with the Hegdenagara Axis Bank employee by paying a single cheque. i got an sms for the receipt of the same. after a day another message says 10K is outstanding. When enquirer with customer care, it was my worst experience and was asked to pay some more amount to close. apart from that they also recovered another emi with out any further notice. this is how the AXIS bank is looting the individuals.
